- This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items found at FAR 13.5, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on both FEDBIZOPPS and NECO (https://www.neco.navy.mil/). The RFQ number is N0060417Q4023. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-95 and DFARS Publication Notice 20161222. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The NAICS code is 334310 and the Small Business Standard is 750 Employees. The proposed contract action is for Brand Name Only. The brand name and model number of the product(s) are contained in Attachment 1. In accordance with FAR 5.102(a)(6), the required justification or documentation is attached (Attachment 2). This is a competitive, unrestricted action. The Small Business Office concurs with this decision. A firm fixed price (FFP) purchase order is anticipated for this procurement. Award will be made to the offeror submitting the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer. Invoices will be paid via Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF). Technical Factors: Factor 1 “ Technical Acceptability (meets solicitation requirements) Factor 2 “ Past Performance (no less than Satisfactory/Acceptable performance ratings) Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS) will be used. If no past performance information is available in PPIRS, an acceptable rating will be assigned. To be technically acceptable Factors 1 and 2 must both be acceptable. The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Pearl Harbor requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing the Brand Name items listed in Attachment 1. CLIN 0001 “ Video Wall Leyard (Planar) (see Attachment 1 for complete product list) - Ensure to include shipping costs. - All items shall be new; no refurbished or used items will be accepted. - Warranty shall be standard commercial warranty. - Delivery is NLT 60 days after receipt of order. - Delivery Location is FOB Destination to Commander, U.S. Pacific Fleet, 250 Makalapa Drive, Pearl Harbor, HI 96860-3131. - Responsibility and Inspection: unless otherwise specified in the order, the supplier is responsible for the performance of all inspection requirements and quality control.
