- Amendment 0002 is being issued since the last SF30 form did not load due to technical difficulties. Class III Inventory and Report Preparation for Forestry/Fuels Reduction/Prescribed Fire Projects Requiring Cultural Resources Inventory. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this acquisition is L17PS00421 and is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-50. This is a total small business set-aside under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 541620. The small business size standard is $15.0 million. The Schedule Line Items are as follows: 1 CLASS III CULTURAL RESOURCE INVENTORY 1 Lump Sum the complete description of the Schedule of Items can be found on the attached Terms and Conditions document. Include pricing for the Schedule Item on the SF-1447 in block 22. All items will be delivered via FOB Destination. Questions due May 19, 2017 4 PM MST.
