- Statement of Work Solicitation This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 "Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items," as applicable, and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested. Submit offers on NIHA02017074. The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-95, dated January 19, 2017. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561210 with a small business size standard of $38.5M. This is a Competitive 8(a) set aside. The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) is seeking proposals for Repair, Alteration, and Maintenance Services (RAMS) encompassing Bio-medical Facilities within the Continental United States. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform RAMS as defined in this Statement of Work (SOW) and solicitation. Please see attached SOW and solicitation. Critical Deadlines: 1. Site visit and pre-proposal conference will be held on: TO BE DETERMINED. Site visit requests must e-mailed to brad.engel@nih.gov by June 5, 2017. Please include company name, attendee name, telephone number, and email of person(s) who will be attending in the email. Limited to 2 people from each vendor. 2. Question and Answer Session ends on June 16, 2017, 7 a.m. 3. Proposal are due on Jun 23, 2017, 7.a.m. Eastern Standard Time.
