- The Army Contracting Command-Rock Island (ACC-RI) intends to procure, on a sole source basis, services to upgrade the Linear Accelerator (LINAC) x-ray system at Crane Army Ammunition Activity. Award will be made to Lake Union Leasing in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b). Lake Union Leasing is the only source able to perform the required efficiency revisions. This announcement is issued for notification purposes only. Offers from concerns other than the above are not solicited.
