- A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP. From the DIBBS Homepage, select "Requests for Proposal ( RFP ) / Invitation For Bid (IFB)" from the menu under the tab "Solicitations." Then search for and choose the RFP you wish to download. RFPs are in portable document format (PDF). To download and view these documents you will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. This software is available free at: http://www.adobe.com. A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requestors. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The RFP-solicitation issue date 06/12/2017 and respond due date 07/12/2017. This requirement was authorized by purchase request 68390247 and set-aside for 100% Small Business. A Request for Proposal (RFP), SPE4A7-17-R-1111, was issued to establish a Definite Quantity Firm Fixed Price type contract; on NSN 1680-01-161-2839, Bracket, Eye, Nonrotating Shaft for 1,433 each. Item is not Critical Application neither is Critical/Flight Safety as verified on the CSI lists on May 26, 2017. Item is not commercial and Export Control applies. Item acquire in accordance with Basic Dwg NR 78286 70305-02111 REV NR L dtd 11/16/2015 Part Number- 70305-02111-043 requirements. Request delivery objective at 329 days total for the followings, Contractor First Article Testing on 1 each within 60 DARO to include 30 days for Government evaluation and 239 days total for production. Delivery of production requested at FOB Point @ Origin with Inspection & Acceptance at Origin. Progress Payments are authorized for this purchase. This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction. Since a Reverse Auction may be conduct, offerors' are encouraged to access the Procurex system to self-register and review the available training tools at dla.Procurexinc.com to learn more about how to participate in an auction. Offerors' who do not self-register will be load at the time of auction by DLA. All questions can be directed to the Reverse Auction Program Manager at dlaavnrevauc@dla.mil."
