- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in Subpar 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR 12.6, and supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is W91ZLK-17-T-0094, and is issued as an invitation for bids (IFB) unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-82. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 335999. This requirement is unrestricted. The solicitation will start on Friday, May 26, 2017 and will end on June 2, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time, or as other posted at http://www.fbo.gov (Fed Biz Opps.Gov). This requirement is for Atmospheric Effects Team current UPS (Uninterruptible Power System). 1. Eaton PW9355 10kVA/9kW UPS System 208/120 Hardwired Input & Output internal 64 battery rated for 23 minutes at 10kVA full load Dimensions: 48"H x 12"W x 34"D 1 each 2. Eaton PW9355-10/15kVA Maintenance bypass panel 208V/208V, Wall Mount 3 breaker, make before dimensions: 48"H x 20"W x 6"D 1 each 3. 7 X 24 Equipment start-up and certification - 1 each 4. 1 year warranty - 1 each The Government contemplates awarded of Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract. All interested vendors must respond by June 2, 2017, 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time. The lowest price technically acceptable source selection process will be followed.
