Description

ANN ARBOR SCIP 1, CLINICAL SUPPORT AND LOGISTICS CENTER FURNISHINGS INSTALALTION AND RELATED SERVICES: DESCRIPTION/ SPECIFICATIONS/ WORK STATEMENT I. SCOPE OF WORK: The assembly of and/or the installation of provided furnishings located at 2215 Fuller Rd, Ann Arbor. All products required for assembly/installation will be pre-staged near the installation space. This is a one-time installation not to exceed fourteen (14) calendar days. The expected installation date is June 1, 2017 but can vary based on construction. Exact dates of installation will be coordinated with the Contract Officer Representative (COR). Hours of installation are flexible and can be coordinated with the COR. All debris cause by the assembly/installation will be removed from the building. A dumpster for trash and recyclables will be provided. An elevator is also provided. The vendor shall provide all personnel and tools necessary for the installation/assembly of the following items: Item Quantity Large freestanding trash cans 52 Small freestanding trash cans 67 Wall hung casework cabinets (approx.. 30 w) 3 Wall hung Mop and utility holders 3 Wall hung Soap 49 Wall hung Paper towel 49 Wall hung C-lockers with rail 14 Wall hung PPE holders 6 Wall hung gel dispensers 22 Wall hung clocks (includes battery installation) 57 Wall hung coat hooks 56 Wall hung artwork utilizing security hardware (provided) 30 Wall hung chart holders 45 Wall hung plyfold chairs 45 Service clamped monitor arms 72 Service mounted CPU holders 45 Wall hung Lifespan rail (to be cut in place) 68 Wall hung Fire extinguisher tee-pee signs 10 Wall hung fire pull stations tee-pee signs 10 Physician stools assembly 39 Wall hung marker boards 39 48 casework unit with top 1 Wall mounted lockers (2 high) 20 Wall hung bariatric scales with grab bars 3 Wall hung stadiometers 3 All Herman Miller Action Office items in typicals Typ. #1 (check in rooms) 7 Typ. #2 (procedure rooms) 5 Typ. #3 (mentors room) 2 All items assembled and/or installed will be in compliance with the manufactured instructions of assembly and installation. II. GENERAL: Vendor shall be required to report to the COR or other designated professional on arrival each day. Check-in and check-out with the COR is required.
