- Description
- 1. The solicitation will be a C3 (Customer, Contracting, Commerce) Partnering Solicitation. Therefore a site visit by all interested vendors is strongly recommended. The invitation letter for the site visit will be posted to this site today. 2. The solicitation will result in a firm fixed price contract. The magnitude of the project is between $25,000 and $100,000. 3. 30% of the work must be performed by the prime contractor. 4. Work will be performed in Germany and contractor must comply with German law (e.g. authorization to do business in Germany). 5. Only local sources are solicited in accordance with FAR 5.202(a)(12).
