- Description
- 1. Within approximately 300 buildings, various measures shall be performed to guarantee the drinking water hygiene (installation of outlet valves with backflow preventer and vacuum breaker, installation of system separators, installation of backflow preventers, removal of by-passes and establishment of unrestricted free outlets, provision of domestic water connections) 2. The solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price Contract. The magnitude of the project is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00 3. The performance period is 450 calendary days, whereby a commencement time of 30 calendary days is included. 4. The solicitation will be issued on this website on or about 09 June 2017 with an anticipated closing date of approximately 18 July 2017. Paper copies will not be available. Once the solicitation is posted it is incumbent upon parties to review the website frequently for any updates/amendments. 5. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which will be considered by the RCO Bavaria. 6. Work will be performed in Germany and the contractor must comply with German law (e.g. authorization to do business in Germany). 7. Only local sources are solicited in accordance with FAR 5.202(a)(12)
