- UNIONTOWN PA222 GROUNDS SITE MAP THIS REQUIREMENT IS SUBJECT TO THE AVAILABILITY OF FY2017 FUNDS. The U.S. Army Contracting Command - New Jersey, Warfighter Support (ACC-NJ-WS) on behalf of the 99th Regional Support Command (RSC) has a requirement for Grounds Maintenance services to be performed at the Uniontown U.S. Army Reserve Center 1000 Mountain view Drive Smithfield, PA 15478 (PA222). The intended contract award will be Firm Fixed Price. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, comments, or questions, which will be considered by the Government. Interested small businesses are encouraged to watch for the official solicitation to be posted soon at www.fbo.gov/ for more details.
