Description
This is a Market Survey to locate additional sources for new Pneumatic Component Assemblies (PCAs) (CECOM P/N: 5035394-1, NSN: 5985-01-126-2477) into our stock for the Mast Group, Hydraulic-Pneumatic, OA-9054(V)4/G. The Pneumatic Component Assemblies provides compressed air to extend the masts on the OA-9054(V)4/G. A detailed drawing package, complete and up to date, for the manufacture and acceptance of these items is available from the Army. Sources capable of furnishing Pneumatic Component Assemblies must so indicate, by writing to Scott Mahoney, scott.h.mahoney4.civ@mail.mil. The government is estimating a potential procurement of a minimum 20 assemblies with a maximum of 200 assemblies over a 5-year period. The annual yearly demand is estimated to be 40 assemblies per year. The response must include production lead time, production capacity by month, surge capacity, number of years part will be available, ranges for price breaks if applicable or any other information that could affect the acquisition, supply and delivery of the parts. The response should also include documentation such as copy of purchase order if the supplier was a vendor to the listed source or a statement from listed source demonstrating that the supplier can, in fact, supply the Army with this unit from the supplier listed above. Successful sources may be required to warrant that the item supplied will satisfactorily perform when used for the purpose intended by the Army. First Article Testing may be required.
