- PWS & Attachments Exhibits A - F Solicitation Fleet Logistics Center Yokosuka (FLCY), Japan hereby requests proposals for the attached solicitation. For planning purposes, contract award is planned for 31 October 2017 with a transition period from 1 November 2017 to 14 April 2018 and the ordering period for inductions beginning 15 April 2018. Please note that the facility requirements have been updated since the latest Draft RFP provided to industry. Please note that proposals are due at 1000 AM local time (JST) on 5 July 2017 in accordance with the coversheet of the RFP. FBO does not include this time zone, so the time and date are converted in this notice for reference only.
