- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only notice, and no other solicitation will be issued. Solicitation Number M6890917Q7650 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation is unrestricted. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-95 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement Change Notice 19 Jan 2017. NAICS Code 334290. The Government intends to purchase following TINTRI, INC. items (Brand Name or Equal in accordance with FAR 52.211-6) on a firm fixed-price. Line Item 0001: Part # SYS-T820; T820 Base SW license & 1 yr. HW warranty Tintri - SYS-T820 (1 each). Line Item 0002: Part # OPT-10GBESFP+SR; Dual-port 10 Gbe (SFP+ SR) NIC installed in system Tintri - Opt-10GbE-SFP+SR (2 each). Line Item 0003: Part # SYS-INSTALL; On-site system installation (1 each). Line Item 0004: Part # LIC-SWST-T820; T820, Software license suite (1 each). Line Item 0005: Part # SUP-T820-GOLD-1YR; Gold Support T820 HW+Base SW-1yr Tintri - SUP-T820-GOLD-1YR (1 each). Line Item 0006: Part # SUP-T820-NRDK-1YR; NRDK T820 SSD & HDD Support Must-1yr Tintri -SUP-T820-NRDK-1YR (1 each). Line Item 0007: Part # SUP-NRNV-1YR; Non Return NVRAM Support Must-1yr Tintri - SUP-NRNV-1YR (1 each). Line Item 0008: Part # SUP-T820-SWSTGOLD-1YR; Gold Support, T820, Software suite-1yr Tintri - SUP-T820-SWST-GOLD-1YR (1 each). Delivery shall be FOB Destination to Marine Corps Tactical Systems Support Activity (MCTSSA), Bldg. 31345, Camp Pendleton, CA 92055-5171. Inspection and acceptance shall be made at destination. The government will award a contract resulting from most advantageous to the Government, price, and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: (i) technical capability of the items and services offered to meet the Government requirement, (ii) price, and (iii) past performance. The following FAR and DFARS provisions are incorporated by reference and apply to this acquisition.
