It is not a Critical Safety Application (CSI) item and is not it a commercial item. The acquisition is unrestricted other than full & open competition. This item is sole source to The Boeing Company. The Government does not possess the technical data package for this National Stock Number to evaluate alternate offers. Any manufacturer, other than the approved source, The Boeing Company 0PXV4, interested in submitting a proposal for this item must submit a complete source approval (SAR) package for evaluation for future procurements to: Defense Logistics Agency- Aviation Office of the Competition Advocate ATTN: DSCR-DU 8000 Jefferson Davis Highway Richmond, VA 23297-5100 DELIVERY: 660 days after receipt of order. QUANTITY: 2330 each. INSPECTION/ACCEPT: Destination. FOB Origin. The Government intends to place a firm-fixed price, no options delivery order against Boeing's current BOA. The letter solicitation will be issued on 15 June 2017 and will close on 30 June 2017. The solicitation will not be available via the DLA-BSM Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) website.
