- REVISED-2 GSA FORM R100 NIH-NIA26000 showing change of time for submission of proposal to 4:00 PM EST instead of 3:30 PM EST. Amendment number 2, Question and Answers on Solicitation number NIH-NIA26000 The Government is seeking sources for medical clinic and support space in a modern quality Hospital facility of sound and substantial construction or other permanent materials in good condition and acceptable to the LCO. The space must yield a minimum of 26,000 American National Standards Institute/Building Owners and Managers Association (ANSI/BOMA) Office Area (ABOA) square feet (SF), with a functional, efficient layout, while providing a safe and comfortable environment for patients and staff. The Government requires space to be available within the delineated Baltimore area as shown below. The space must be fully serviced to include, but not limited to, parking, operating and maintenance, (O&M), pest control, electrical, gas, water/sewage, janitorial, security monitoring, waste disposal etc. Offered space must meet Government requirements as outlined in the request for lease proposal package (RLP). The lease term requirement is for a 20 years, 15 years firm, with 5 year renewal option. A fully serviced lease is required. Delineated areas will be as follows: The Government request space in the delineated area defined by the following street boundaries in Baltimore, MD: NORTH: N. Fulton Ave & W. North Ave. TO I-95 and Route 40 WEST: I-695 and Route 1. TO I-295 & I-695. SOUTH: I-695 and I-97. TO Rt I-695 & Peninsula Expressway. EAST: Merritt Blvd & Peninsula Expy. TO I-95 and Route 40 SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: Sources sought must be submitted in writing (electronic or paper) NO LATER THAN July 31, 2017 at 4:00p.m. EST. to the National Institutes of Health.
