No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date for receipt of proposals. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. Site Visit : A site visit will be conducted on 15 June 2017 at 09:30 AM, with an initial meeting held in the Eielson Base Exchange Food Court. Please contact SrA Brandon Tracer at (907) 377-5371 by 12 June 2017 to RSVP. Please inform the Contract Specialist if assistance with base access is required. Questions : Questions are due to the Contract Specialist, SrA Brandon Tracer, by close of business (COB) on 20 June 2017. ALL QUESTIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING.
