- Please submit all question via email to Shenika.R.Butler@usdoj.gov The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to award a sole source firm-fixed price purchase order to Ultra Electronics- ProLogic for Cryptographic Accounting Records Distribution System (CARDS), support services including modification, operations and maintenance support, program management support and training & testing support. The period of performance is June 1, 2017 through May 31, 2018. The CARDS software product is solely produced exclusively by Prologic and no other company makes a similar or competing product; therefore Prologic is deemed the only responsible source capable of providing the service. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code for this requirement is 541511 and the size standard is $24,500,000.00. This Special Notice is published for informational purpose only and is not a request for offers. Per FAR 5.207(C)(16)(ii) vendors that feel they can meet the Government’s requirement detailed above may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency. In accordance with FAR 6.305, 14 days after award DEA will make publicly available the Limited Source Documentation. The Government anticipates the award of a firm fixed price purchase order.
