- Industry Day - The Industry Day location has been revised. Please see below. Time: 08:30-10:30 AM (Pacific Daylight Time) - Informational Meeting & Optional Site Visit The Industry Day informational presentation will be conducted on Thursday, 8 June 2017 at the Hyatt Place Dublin/Pleasanton - 4950 Hacienda Drive, Dublin, CA 94568. An optional site visit will follow the informational presentation for those interested in visiting the proposed construction site. Due to security clearance requirements, it is suggested that your company limit the number of attendees requesting site clearance and access for the optional site visit. All members are strongly encouraged to attend the informational session. All interested attendees are required to bring a valid license, vehicle registration, and proof of insurance to the base. The site visit Point of Contact (POC) is Mrs. Sonia Suggs who can be reached at (502) 640-2004 or by email at Sonia.L.Suggs@usace.army.mil Project Descriptions: Construct a standard design three-story Operational Readiness Training Barracks. Buildings will be of permanent construction with reinforced concrete foundations; concrete floor slabs; reinforced concrete or masonry walls; low-slope or sloped roof; Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC); and plumbing, mechanical, security and electrical systems. Supporting facilities include land clearing, paving, fencing, general site improvements and utility connections. Accessibility for the disabled will be provided. Antiterrorism/Force Protection (AT/FP) and physical security measures will be incorporated into the design including maximum standoff distances from roads, parking areas and vehicle unloading areas. Sustainability/Energy measures will be provided. Facilities will be designed to a minimum life of 40 years in accordance with DoD's Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC 1-200-02) including energy efficiencies, building envelope and integrated building systems performance.
