The Scope of Work is attached to this Sources Sought Notice. The agreements will be issued in accordance with FAR 13.303. The agreements will be valid for a period of 5 (five) years from the date that the Master Agreement is established. Calls will be placed against the BPA as supplies and services are required. Period of Performance (POP) will be five (5) years from the date of the agreement. The associated NAICS Code is 115310, Support Activities for Forestry and the proposed requirement will be issued as a 100% Small Business Set Aside. The response date of this Sources Sought is NO LATER THAN 29 JUNE 2017, 10:00 AM CENTRAL TIME. A BPA as defined by FAR 13.303(a) is a simplified method of filling anticipated repetitive needs for supplies and/or services by establishing quote mark accounts with qualified sources. The award of a BPA does not guarantee nor obligate the Government to any orders to a BPA holder in any way. When a requirement for supplies and/or services listed within the BPA arises, the Government shall compare prices of all BPA awardees and select the BPA holder that offers the best value to the Government. This Sources Sought should not be construed as a Request for Quote or as an obligation on the part of the Government. The Government does not intend to award a Purchase Order on the basis of this Sources Sought or otherwise pay for information solicited.
