- The Army Contracting Command-Redstone Arsenal, AL. intends to awardsTeledyne Lecroy, on a sole source basis, under authority of FAR 6.302.1, " Only responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisy agency requirements", for Video Generator BNC 802. This announcement constitues the only solicitation; any offers will be considered; however, it is the Goverments intent to award sole-source to Teledyne Lecroy.
