- NSN 6240-00-152-2993, SPE4A617R0609 is for TWO base period years and three option period years covering BASIC DRAWING NR 13873 Lamp standard. RFP is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside Procurement. FOB is Origin. Inspection and Acceptance will be at Destination. Delivery is 103 DARO. Stock shipments will be within the continental U.S. Estimated annual demand quantity is 12992. The GM for the Base period years ( 1 or 2) is 5000 each. Surge is not required for this procurement. Complete demands will be provided in solicitation.
