- Performance Work Statement Clauses and Provisions This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format prescribed in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA487717Q0251 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses of those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95, Defense Circular Number 20161222, and Air Force Acquisition Circular 2017-0127. This procurement is being issued as a 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 453920 with a size standard of $7.5M. The right to make multiple or no award is reserved in the event it is advantageous to the Government to do so. The contractor shall provide the following Contract Line Item Number (CLIN): CLIN 001 - (QTY 1 EA) PJ Medal of Honor Recipient's Portrait and Citation in frame. CLIN 002 - (QTY 12 EA) PJ AF Cross Recipient's Portrait and Citation in Frame. CLIN 003 - (QTY 1 EA) Transportation, Installation, and Configuration of PJ Portraits and Citations. CLIN 004 - (QTY 1 EA) PJ Creed in frame.. SEE ATTACHED PWS FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION SEE ATTACHED FOR ALL APPLICABLE CONTRACT CLAUSES AND PROVISIONS QUOTES WILL BE EVALUATED ON TECHNICAL ACCEPTABILITY AND LOWEST PRICE Any questions pertaining to this acquisition shall be submitted in writing no later than Tuesday, 13 June 2017 by 1:00 PM Arizona Local Time. Written questions shall be sent to A1C Tianheng Luo at tianheng.luo.1@us.af.mil and 2nd LT Tagatac at ryan_mark.tagatac.3@us.af.mil. NO questions will be considered after the questions due date. Questions will be addressed no later than Friday, 16 June 2017 by 1:00 PM Arizona Local Time. It is the responsibility of the offeror to view the website for any changes or amendments to this RFQ.
