Description

Solicitation Addendum This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a separate solicitation will not be issued. Anticipated date of award is by June 30, 2017. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. The requirements will be fulfilled using FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition procedures. This acquisition is unrestricted. The associated North American Classification System (NAICS) code is 519190. The U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) Wage and Hour Division (WHD) intends to establish a base period with four (4) one-year options purchase order for a subscription service that provides high quality photos, illustrations, videos, and music. The items provided under the subscription must be fully licensed for any business use. DOL expects to make one award from this synopsis/solicitation.
