- This solicitation is being issued to establish an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) that will provide stock replenishment coverage in support of military depots. The NSN specified in Section B of this solicitation is Other than Full and Open Competition. Currently Section B contains 1 NSN with 1 approved source. NSN 6130014554497, approved source Acme Aerospace, Inc. (6HAR8), part number 174PS101-5, ADQ 93. Additional NSN data: Unit of Issue is each, FOB is Origin, Inspection and Acceptance is Destination, Delivery - 24/each in 90 days and an additional 24/each every 30 days thereafter. The solicitation will be available on DLA's Internet Bid Board Site ( https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/ ) on or about 6/17/17. All offers shall be in the English language and in US dollars. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed 5 years. One or more of the items under this acquisition may be subject to an Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the United States by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979. All offers shall be in the English language and in U.S. dollars. All interested suppliers may submit an offer. This proposed procurement includes an item within the Federal Supply Class/FSC 6130. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Based upon market research, the Government is using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. TYPE OF SET-ASIDE: Unrestricted.
