- DRAFT PWS Pre-Solicitation Notice - Request for Proposal Joint Base Myer - Henderson Hall Military Housing Maintenance and Repair Services Solicitation Number: W91QV1-17-R-0055 The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Center (MICC) located at Fort Bragg, North Carolina plans to issue a solicitation for Military Family Housing Maintenance and Repair services on multiple U.S. military installations in the Washington, D. C. Military District to include Joint Base Myer- Henderson Hall (JBM-HH), Virginia, Fort McNair in Washington D.C., and the Arlington National Cemetery (ANC) Lodge in Arlington, Virginia for the Executive Management Housing Division (EMHD). This is a non-personal service requirement to provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform maintenance and repair services in order to maintain clean, safe, livable conditions for Military Family Housing (MFH), as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). This action will be a 100% competitive 8(a) Small Business set aside. In order to be eligible for award, an offeror must represent in good faith that it is an 8(a) small business vendor in accordance with FAR 19.301-1. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The Period of Performance for the base year is 22 March 2018 to 21 March 2019 with four (4) one-year options. Please note that this notice does NOT constitute the Request for Proposal (RFP). The RFP will be posted on or about 5 July 2017. The RFP and any/all amendments will be posted and available for viewing and downloading on Federal Business Opportunities (FBO.gov). Upon release of the RFP, potential offerors will be encouraged to submit questions and/or recommendations regarding the terms and conditions of the RFP and/or the associated documents. All timely submissions will be reviewed and the final RFP may contain changes as a result of any input received. No paper copies will be issued. When the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review the aforementioned site regularly for any updates/amendments to this solicitation. All prospective offerors must have a Commercial and Government Entity Code (CAGE CODE) and be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov.
