- The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) William J. Hughes Technical Center (WJHTC) intends to enter into negotiations on a Single Source basis with TRC Environmental Corporation of Windsor, Connecticut, for support of Biota Monitoring, Natural Attenuation Monitoring and Wetlands Monitoring. The process of obtaining Federal and State Scientific Collection permits is very complex and could be very lengthy. TRC and their support experts all have either valid or renewable permits in place which will allow these events to be performed immediately. Wetlands Monitoring for Area B will be included in this requirement. The Federal Aviation Administration intends to procure these services in accordance with Acquisition Management System (AMS) paragraph 3.2.2.4. A competitive solicitation is not available for this procurement. The FAA is not seeking or accepting unsolicited proposals. The FAA is not liable for any costs associated with the preparing of a response to this announcement.
