Description

This Sources Sought Notice is for informational and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation or commitment by the Government now. This notice is intended strictly for market research. The purpose of this Sources Sought notice is to determine interest and capability of potential vendors, including Small Business, Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB), and Service-Disabled Veteran-Own Small Business (SDVOSB) vendors relative to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 333249. The VAMC Asheville has a specific need for an Industrial Sewing Machine. The items we require must have the following available components or equal: Manufacturer is JUKI: Sewing Machine: Part # LU2810A70BBS or equal Qty: 1 Complete Table stand servo Motor walking foot Part # DNU154 or equal Qty: 1 Complete table stand servo Motor Part # DDL8700-DA-000 or equal Qty: 1 Complete table stand flat work machine Part # JK-A4 or equal Qty: 1 This is not a Request for Proposal or an announcement of a solicitation and no solicitation package exists at this time. Your responses will be used solely for market research purposes of the Government. The Government will not pay for any materials provided in response to this notice and submittals will not be returned to the sender. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 333249 and the small business size standard is 750 employees. Responses due are to be submitted by e-mail to David E. Smith at David.Smith78@va.gov. The information requested must be received no later than 10:00 am on Friday, June 9, 2017.
