For request for solicitation, provide your name, the company name and Cage Code and a telephone/facsimile number. PRON: AX6F5022AX. The Government proposes to acquire, on a Five-Year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, a minimum quantity of 126 each up to a maximum quantity of 1326 each of a CONNECTING LINK, RIG; NSN: 3040-01-307-8966; Part Number: 7-311527035-43 applicable to the BJ APACHE weapon system. Production Lead Time (PLT) with First Article Testing 540 Days After Receipt Order (DARO). PLT without First Article Testing is 360 DARO with deliveries to TRACY, CA 95304-5000. This item is restricted to THE BOEING COMPANY, CAGE CODE: 8V613 and TIMKEN AEROSPACE DRIVE SYSTEMS, CAGE CODE 15152. This part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website: http://amcomdmz.redstone.army.mil/casl_cmo/casldba.casl_cmo_samsar and looking under Standardized Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies.
