- Photovoltaic Battery Replacement, MAZE District, Canyonlands National Park, Hans Flat, Utah No site visit planned. Please see attached information. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is P15PS01127 and is issued as a Request for Proposals. The attached incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. Small Business set-aside for NAICS code 335911, size standard 1,250 employees. Photovoltaic battery replacement as described in the attached price schedule, specifications, and general description of work. Delivery and acceptance will be at MAZE District, Canyonlands National Park, Hans Flat, Utah. Overall period of performance for supply and installation is 67 days from award. Instructions to Offerors, 52.212-1, and Evaluation --Commercial Items, 52.212-2, along with other applicable clauses are attached. Offerors must have current Representations and Certifications per FAR 52.212-3 certified online at www.sam.gov showing eligibility for small business set-aside status and submit DUNS # on the cover sheet of offer. The clauses at 52.212-4 and 52.212-5 apply and are attached.
