This Sources Sought Notice is for informational and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation or commitment by the Government now. This notice is intended strictly for market research. The purpose of this Sources Sought notice is to determine interest and capability of potential vendors, including Small Business, Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB), and Service-Disabled Veteran-Own Small Business (SDVOSB) vendors relative to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 333415. The VAMC Asheville has a specific need for two medical grade refrigerators to store sterile, non-hazardous and hazardous medications requiring refrigeration. Only respond if your company can provide all the item below The items we require must have the following available components or equal: Manufacturer is Thermo Scientific: Laboratory Refrigerator: Catalog # MR72PA-GAEE-FS or equal Qty: 1 Jewett Dual Refrigerator/freezer Combo: Catalog# PRF171B or equal Qty: 1 Pharmacy Refrigerator Upright Catalog# RPR2304A or equal Qty: 1 Laboratory Freezer Catalog# UGL3020A or equal Qty: 1 Pharmacy Refrigerator Upright Catalog# RPR5004A or equal Qty: 2 This is not a Request for Proposal or an announcement of a solicitation and no solicitation package exists at this time. Your responses will be used solely for market research purposes of the Government. The Government will not pay for any materials provided in response to this notice and submittals will not be returned to the sender. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 333415 and the small business size standard is 750 employees. Responses due are to be submitted by e-mail to David E. Smith at David.Smith78@va.gov. The information requested must be received no later than 17:00 on Wednesday, June 07, 2017.
