- This pre-solicitation synopsis is notice regarding solicitation W52P1J-17-R-5019 for a construction project with work consisting of furnishing labor, equipment, and materials in order to repoint all exterior joints on designated historical masonry buildings on the Rock Island Arsenal, Rock Island, IL. The project will require skilled labor services in order to complete the mortar repointing and professional historical consultant services. This requirement will be 100% small business set aside, NAICS code 238140. Please note, this is a notice that a solicitation is anticipated to be forthcoming and will be posted on or around 20 June 2017 that will have all the necessary documents, including a scope of work. The total estimated magnitude of this project is $1,000,000 - $5,000,000. Performance and Payment Bonds are required for this project.
