- Page 1 of 1 The National Cemetery Administration is soliciting offers under Solicitation No. VA786-17-R-0468 for the following service: The intent of an awarded contract shall be to perform Tree Services at Baltimore, louden and Annapolis National Cemeteries, MD The Contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, transportation, equipment, supplies, materials, professional guidance & advice for and incident to the provision of Tree Pruning, Deadwood Pruning, Tree Removal and Stump Grinding Services at the Baltimore, Loudon Park and Annapolis National Cemeteries. Performance includes pruning and or removal of individual trees located on the cemetery grounds, grinding of tree stumps and removal of all associated debris. The primary emphasis for the completion of this work is to preserve and improve the health and condition of the cemetery tree population. Work shall be performed in strict accordance with all terms, conditions, specifications, schedules and drawings. Performance shall be in accordance with the requirements, conditions, terms and representations contained in this solicitation, any pertinent OSHA Occupational and Safety regulations, and any State and/or local regulations, laws and codes. This acquisition is for a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS Code is 561730. Size standard is $7.5 Million. An electronic solicitation is available for download from http://www.fbo.gov on 06/05/2017. Responses to the solicitation are due at 2pm EST. on 06/26/2017. Any amendments to the solicitation will also be available at www.fbo.gov. Offerors are advised they are responsible for obtaining any amendments. See separate attachment for the solicitation VA786-17-R-0468. Failure to submit all documentation required as required so, may result in your submission being determined non-responsive and removed from further consideration.
