The Government realized an error in the initial attachments which could not be deleted without deleting the entire solicitation. This is a formal Request for Proposal (RFP) for the United States Special Operations Command's (USSOCOM) Preservation of the Force and Family (POTFF) Resiliency and Human Performance Programs Support Contract. All questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted to ashley.farrier@socom.mil. Offerors may submit questions to the Contracting Officer at any time; however, in order to ensure questions are answered in a timely manner for proposal submission, the Government requests all questions be submitted NLT Friday, 16 June 2017. Questions received after this date shall be answered as time permits. Offerors are cautioned from including ANY proprietary data in the questions as the full listing of questions and answers will be posted to FedBizOpps (www.fbo.gov). Communications with anyone other than the Contracting Officer are prohibited. Government ethics regulations, the Competition in Contracting Act, and the Procurement Integrity Act prohibit preferential treatment of one contractor over another and require that Government personnel adhere to the highest standards of conduct and avoid even an appearance of a conflict of interest. ALL information regarding this requirement as well as instructions for proposal submission are included in the solicitation and applicable attachments.
