- DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICE: Removal and disposal of sewage sludge coming from the waste water treatment plant. In addition, it is required to remove both the POL contaminated material and sludge and dirt coming from road pits cleaning, from the concrete basins located inside the sewage treatment plant. LOCATION OF THE SERVICE: Camp Darby (Tirrenia) -Pisa, Italy PERFORMANCE PERIOD: Base Year and two option years SITE VISIT: The site visit will be held on July 17, 2017 at 9:30 hrs at gate 27, Depot Area, Tombolo (Pisa) MISCELLANEOUS: The solicitaiton package including the performance work statement will be posted within few weeks on Federal Business Opportunities ( www.fbo.gov ). To be awarded a government contract you MUST have DUNS (Dun&Bradstreet tel: 02-28455379) and NCAGE( www.dlis.dla.mil/Forms/Form_AC135.asp ) numbers and be registered in SAM ( https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM ). We will discuss this at the site visit. HOW TO PARTICIPATE: In order to participate all interested parties are invited to indicate their interest by submitting email not later than close of Business(COB) June 19, 2017 at 11:00 hrs to the following address: cristina.pancaccini2.ln@mail.mil. Please indicate in your e-mail the solicitation number W912PF-17-T-0053 and the name of the company, address, phone number, e-mail address and name (s) of the person(s) who will be present at the site visit (maximum two people). IMPORTANT: Submit a copy of ID Card ( Carta di identita') or license document ( patente) of the person who will be present at the site visit. Only the persons who have provided the personal data will be allowed to attend the site visit. The Guards will check the identification card at the Gate. The offerors not present on the list will be denied the entrance to the base.
