- SYNOPSIS FOR TARAWA TERRACE WORSHIP LEADER The Marine Corps Base (MCB) Chaplain aboard MCB Camp Lejeune, NC has a requirement for the non-personal services of a Worship Leader in support of Tarawa Terrace Protestant Chapel. The period of performance will be for a base period of 12 months with one option period of 12 months. It is the Government's intention to issue a firm-fixed price contract in accordance with FAR part 13. The proposed acquisition will be set-aside 100% for Small Business. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 711130, Musical Groups and Artists. The Government intends to award to the responsible vendor whose quote represents the Best Value. Award will be issued on an all or none basis. The Government will solicit and award this contract using simplified acquisition procedures, in accordance with FAR subpart 13. The Government intends to award to the quoter that provides the quote that is the Best Value. Award will be made approximately seven (10) business days after closing of response period. A complete performance work statement will be included with the solicitation. The solicitation No. M6700117Q1227 will be posted on or about 3 days after this posting and made available on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) web site at www.fbo.gov. All responsible businesses may submit a quote, which will be considered. It is the responsibility of the offeror to continually view the website for the solicitation and any amendments. Contractors interested in doing business with the Government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at www.sam.gov. Contractors must also ensure annual representations and certifications are current or complete them at the SAM website. All prospective offers interested in submitting an offer must have a commercial and government entity code (CAGE code). Contractors must be registered with Invoicing, Receipt, Acceptance and Property Transfer (iRAPT) previously known as Wide Area Workflow Receiving and Acceptance (WAWF-RA) at www.wawf.eb.mil.
