Description

The U. S. Fish & Wildlife Service has a requirement for a Neutral Host In-Building Multi-band Cellular Distributed Antenna System (DAS) at the National Conservation Training Center (NCTC) in Shepherdstown, WV 25443. NCTC is an active training facility for the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service. NCTC is a walking campus on a 533 acre property. The instructional classrooms, commons, and housing are situated within 100 acres of a rural setting of both forest and grasslands. Staff and guests frequently use mobile devices within buildings and around patio and walkway areas. NCTC is comprised of 17 buildings including a central plant, maintenance shops, water treatment and waste management plant. There will be no set-aside for this requirement. Solicitation number F17PS00486 will be available via www.fbo.gov on or about 8JUN17 with an anticipated closing date of 7JUL17. A site visit is currently scheduled for 27JUN17 at 9:00am ET. The anticipated award date is on or about 14 July 2017. All questions must be submitted via email to jason_tisdale@fws.gov.
