- This sources sought notice is being posted to satisfy the requirement under the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement PGI 206.302-1(d). The Naval Surface warfare Center (NSWC), Corona Division intends to award on a sole source basis to Systems Engineering & Management Company 1430 Vantage Court Vista, Ca 92081 for the following: (6 ea) Pre-Exit Telemetry Re-Transmission Amplifier due to proprietary rights and data. This notice is published for informational purposes only and not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responsible sources may submit their technical capabilities, which if received by 26 May 2017, shall be considered by NSWC Corona. Responses must be submitted in writing to the procurement specialist, Luke Salazar, via email at luke.salazar@navy.mil no later than 12:00 pm PST on the date noted above. Email should reference Sources Sought Notice N64267-17-T-0160 in the subject. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
