Description

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) intends to negotiate a Sole Source, firm-fixed-price contract with MED ENG, LLC to procure the following: * Core Kit TAC 6 Black Large Regular #4977340 * Full Sleeve TAC 6 Black Large Regular #4977280 * Modular Sleeves TAC 6 Black Large Regular #4977268 * EOD Level Plate TAC 6 Black Large Regular #4977319 * TAC Vest Black Lg #4129104 * Visor System TAC-450 #4974930 * Helmet Pasgt, Universal Size Black #5079003 The ATF intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Interested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement to the attention of Brian Wilkins, email address Brian.Wilkins@atf.gov by Thursday June 8, 2017 (2:00pm EST). Emailed responses will only be considered. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is at the discretion of the Government.
