Description

This is a notification of a combined synopsis/solicitation that will be posted to FBO on June 7, 2017, RFQ #VA242-17-Q-0615. The VA intends to award a contract for a complete assessment of the elevators at the Buffalo, NY VA Medical Center, 3495 Bailey Ave. Buffalo, NY 14215, Project #528-15-103 in accordance with the SOW that will be attached to the solicitation. This will be procured using FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This is a 100% total service disabled veteran owned small business set aside. The following evaluation factors will be used: 1. Qualification of the team members (50% weight) 2. Past Performance (50% weight) Include information on how the prime firm will perform more than 50% of the effort on the contract IAW VAAR 852.219-10. This is not a request for proposal. NAICS 541990 applies. The size standard for this NAICS is $15 million.
