Description
Statement of Work SF 1449 Solicitation W912PQ-17-F-0033 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation W912PQ-17-T-0033 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. This acquisition is being solicited as a total small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 562910, Environmental Remediation Services, with a small business size standard of 750 employees. Only one (1) award will be made as a result of this combined synopsis/solicitation. The 105th Airlift Wing is seeking the following: A complete turn-key solution for an industrial wastewater filtration system to meet all requirements outlined in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). The contractor would be responsible for providing a short-term rental filtration system for a period of 60 days that is capable of removing all PFOA/PFOS from the industrial waste lagoons to a non-detectable level. The filtered water would then be tested and based on satisfactory results, an option to purchase the filtration system would be considered. The 105th Airlift Wing will consider a carbon adsorption vessel type filtration system or a similar system that uses alternative methods capable of achieving a PFOA/PFOS remediation to a non-detectable level. Interested offerors are advised to price their quotes in accordance with Item No's 0001, 0002, and 0003 in the attached SF 1449 Solicitation W912PQ-17-T-0033. The contract will be awarded based on the lowest price that meets or exceeds the requirements outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW). All offerors shall include product literature with their quote that demonstrates the product's capabilities to ensure an effective evaluation can be made. Quotes are due no later than 2:00 PM EST, 22 June 2017. If there are any questions regarding this requirement, please contact Mr. Joseph Kugler by email: joseph.j.kugler@mail.mil. All questions must be submitted no later than 20 June 2017 in order to ensure timely responses. All interested offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) before an award can be made. To register with SAM, log on to https://www.sam.gov.
