- AMENDMENT 0002 The solicitation is amended to add pre-proposal conference information. Clause L-0005 L198 PREPROPOSAL CONFERENCE (SERVICES) (DLA ENERGY FEB 2009) is changed from TBD to: DFSP Tampa, FL on June 20, 2017 at 0800 a.m. A Pre-Proposal Conference will be held at DFSP Tampa, FL on June 20, 2017 at 0800 a.m. All interested parties must RSVP by 3.00 pm on June 13, 2017 with Oluseyi Olajire via e-mail: Oluseyi.olajire@dla.mil and Ryan Dondero at ryan.dondero@dla.mil. Please provide your contact information including your e-mail address and cellular number that you can be reached on the day of the meeting. Parties that do not have a current Department of Defense (DOD) Common Access Card (CAC) or a military retiree ID card must submit the following for each attendee latest by June 6, 2017 to be included on the Entry Access List (EAL): 1. Full Name (First Name Middle Name Last Name) 2. Driver License / State Issued ID Number/ U.S. Passport Number 3. State of Issue of Driver License/ State ID 4. If using a US passport in lieu of a Driver License/State ID, also include the Date of Birth. Directions to the DFSP Tampa is as follows: Enter the Dale Mabry Highway gate (Main Gate). Inform the gate guard that they are on an EAL list for conference at DFSP Tampa (Fuel Tank Farm). Once through the gate, immediately look for the small brown sign which reads "DFSP Tampa". It will direct you to turn at the first right turn after entering the base. Follow this road for approximately 1/2 mile. Just prior to the next gate (Contractor's Gate) there will be a left turn. Turn left and continue on the perimeter road, past the Air Traffic Control (ATC) Tower. Approximately 1/2 mile past the ATC tower you will see the three large bulk fuel tanks. Go to the second gate and an attendant will remotely open the gate for entry. The building number is 1122. If you are having problems finding the DFSP, call 813-840-1251 or 813-840-2212.
