- REQUISITION STILL VALID AS OF 7 JUNE 2017. SOLICITATION WILL BE ISSUED NO LATER THAN 21 JUNE 2017. TITLE: 2915; Spraybar, Main, Aircraft; ENGINE, AIRCRAFT F-404; WSIC: T PR: 0064881869, ISSUE DATE: 21 JUNE 2017; CLOSING DATE: 20 JULY 20 17 NSN: 2915-01-566-6708; PR: 0064881869; Item: Spraybar, Main, Aircraft; P/N: 6045T90G04. The item intended source is Delavan Inc, (CAGE 71895), and General Electric Company (CAGE 99207). DLA Aviation does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, nor can the government furnish the information. Any manufacturer, other than Delavan Inc. or General Electric Company wishing to submit a proposal on this item must submit a complete source approval request (SAR) information may be found via http://www.aviation.dla.mil/userweb/sarguide.doc. This solicitation will result in an OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION (UNRESTRICTED) Firm Fixed Price contract for 465 each. This is a Critical Application Item as well as a Navy Critical Safety Item. This item is subject to Configuration Control, Higher Level Quality Requirements, and Export Control. The following terms apply: FOB ORIGIN; Inspection / Acceptance ORIGIN. Delivery for this procurement will be DLA DIRECT (STOCK) ship to: San Diego, CA 92136-5491 (CLIN 001) and Jacksonville, FL 32212-0103 (CLIN 002). A Contractor First Article will apply to this requirement with a delivery of 180 days shipped to Jacksonville, FL 32212-0103. A Contractor Production Lot Test will apply to this requirement. Production delivery will be 468 days after receipt of order (DARO). Past Performance Automated System (PPIRS_SR) apply. Price, Past Performance and Delivery will be equally weighted. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This request is for a written quote. Please submit offers in writing. The solicitation issue date will be 21 June 2017 with a closing date of 20 July 2017.
