- GSA Public Buildings Service Notice of Intent Leased Space for the U.S. Federal Government Little Rock, Arksana Requirement: The Federal Government intends to enter into a lease extension of 18 months for approximately 24,970 BOMA rentable square feet (RSF) of office and related space. The Government presently occupies 24,970 RSF at Providential Life Bldg, 2120 Riverfront Drive, Little Rock, AR 72202-1436, which expires July 25, 2017 under GSA lease number GS-07P-LAR15036. The Government has determined for mission-related and economic reasons that it is advantageous to extend its current lease. Unique Requirements: Office space Storage Delineated Area: Northeast - Riverfront Drive Southwest- Brookwood Drive East- Riverdale Road West- Turtle Creek Lane Expressions of interest must be received no later than June 13, 2017 and include the following: 1) Building Name and Address, 2) BOMA Office Area Square Feet and BOMA Office Area Rate Per Square Foot. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100/500 year flood plain. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
