Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT ~ The US Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) intends to issue a firm fixed price delivery order to DotNetNuke (DNN) Corporation, 155 Bovet Rd Suite 201 San Mateo, CA 94402. This is procurement is for DotNetNuke Software License Renewal and the projected award date is 22 June 2017. The authority being cited is 10.U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements." Interested persons may identify their capability and respond to the notice no later than 3:00 PM EST, 21 June 2017. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government in future procurements.
