- SFSIAQ17Q6001-A002 SF-30 SFSIAQ17Q6001 Amendment 002: The purpose of this amendment is to: 1) Permit additional documentation for MBTI certification requirements in Section C and Section L-3.2. The language in these sections has been revised to include the additional statement: "The Government will also accept a CAPT (Center for Applications of Psychological Type) MBTI Qualifying Program completion letter in lieu of a certificate as would be provided by other training vendors." 2)Specify that signed acknowledgement of this amendment 2 (A002) is not required as part of quote submission. Signed acknowledgement of amendment 1 is still required. The RFQ close date is not extended.
