- CLEVELAND, OHIO FY17, DEBRIS REMOVAL REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF WORK The Contractor shall perform the following work under this contract: Provide delivery, pick-up, transportation and disposal of dumpsters for the debris removal located at the US Army Corps of Engineers CDF 10B and the Cleveland Project Office. The debris arre to be used for recycling, reuse or upland disposal. For more detailed information, please read the attached Statement of Work. Pre-bid Site Visit A pre-bid site visit/walkthrough will be held on 14th, 15th, and 16th, of Jun 2017 at 10:00 AM for all contractor's interested in bidding the work. Place of Contract Performance U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, 1035 East Ninth St., Cleveland, OH 44114. Period of Performance Sixty (60) days after Notice to Proceed Liquidated Damages In accordance with FAR 52.211-12, liquidated damages of $200.00 per day will be charged to the Coontractor for each calendar day the project is not completed to the satisfaction of the Government beyond the established period of performance.
