- Description
- The Commander, Naval Installations Command, 5720 Integrity Drive, Bldg. 457, Millington, TN 38053, intends to negotiate and award a sole source contract to Delloite Consulting, LLP. 1725 Duke Street Alexandria, VA 22314. This has been a Phased initiative that is currently entering Phase IV. To perform the implementation tasks required in Phase IV a thorough knowledge of Phases I-III is paramount. This requirement requires professional services and support to implement solutions that standardize business and technology processes of the Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP), and measure the impact of these changes. Services will include business process reengineering, continuous process improvement, professional recommendations for the modification, enhancement, development, and end user support of technology associated with EFMP IT systems, and training required to support the implementation of standardized recommendations. This action will result in a firm-fixed-price delivery order against a GSA contract. The period of performance will be one (1) year with four (4) one year option periods. Performance will begin upon contract award. This Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Contract is not a request for competitive proposals. There is no solicitation document available. However, vendors that believe they have the capabilities to meet this requirement may email information stating their capabilities within 5 days of this notice to Jasmyn.payne@navy.mil. A determination by this Non-appropriated Funds Instrumentality (NAFI) not to open competition based responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the NAFI.
