- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 & 13.5 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Offers are requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The contract resulting from this procurement will be a firm fixed price contract. The solicitation SP0600-17-Q-0210 is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP), Part 13.5 and FAR 12.6. This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95 dated 13 January 2017.The clauses and provisions referenced in this solicitation may be reviewed/obtained in full text form at http://farsite.hill.af.mil/vffara.htm. SCHEDULE B: RFQ LAB EQUIPMENT FOR TESTING LUBE OIL 2190 The following pieces of laboratory equipment are required in support of testing/analyzing petroleum product lubricant oil 2190 for use in steam turbine engines. Once activity receives the equipment, contractor must conduct on-site demonstration to the laboratory personnel and install/integrate into other existing equipment. This is not being solicited on an " all or none basis" for the equipment listed below and the offer price is all-inclusive.
