- A Request for Proposal (RFP), SPE4A7-17-R-1069 PR 67540457 was issue to establish a firm fixed price, Definite Quantity Firm Fixed price type contract for NSN 1560-01-160-6035, skin spotweld Assembly P/N: 819324-4. Approved sources Lockhed Martin Corp (98897), Sabreline Aviation (726L2) and authorized distributor Frazier Aviation (23162) This item has an AMC/AMSC 1/C. Solicitation is for a total quantity of 21 each. This is not a Critical Safety Item (CSI) as verified on the CSI Data Viewer. This is a critical application item. Export Control applies. Contractor First Article Testing (FAT) requirement. The Delivery Objective is 120 days Submit Test Report, 60 days ARO for Government Review and Notification to Contract, 60 days Contractor Production Lot Test and 362 days delivery of Production Quantity. Terms for First Article Testing are FOB Destination, Inspection Origin and Acceptance Destination. The requested total delivery would be 602 days. The Solicitation will be Unrestricted, Other Than Full and Open Competition. Surge is not required. TINA is not required based on dollar threshold. Progress Payment is not authorize for this procurement.
