- Solicitiation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number HSSCCG-17-Q-00312 is issued as a Request for quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. This is an open market solicitation. This solicitation is for high volume inserter systems. The attached SF1449 lists the item description, quantities, units of measure and options. Please submit proposals in accordance with instruction to offerors included in the attached terms and conditions by Thursday June 15, 2017 5:00pm EST Proposals shall be submitted to Nicole Russo at nicole.russo@uscis.dhs.gov
